嘉鴻大旅社 (Jia Hong Hotel)

旅社雖然較有年代感，但設施還是相當齊全。為了隔天早上要去將軍漁港，所以提前一晚住在這裡。算是一個理想的好住處。

照片也是照騙，Trip.是國際公司，理應為消費者把關，但全然不是。這是我至今住過最髒、最噁心，最難以入睡的旅社，有蚊子、毛巾像抹布、床單發黴有破洞不更換、窗簾不知幾年沒洗、開關髒得很、浴室抽風壞'洗個澡全室濕氣瀰漫、晚上七點後關大門、牆壁髒兮兮、室內瀰漫著一股**味、這樣居然Trip.會推薦，因為我飛機落地出關時已過退房時間，因此我要求Trip.退我房費，因你們根本未把關致消費者受騙。

雖然是很復古的旅社，但環境乾淨整潔，周邊設施也很便捷！

Friendly, clean, tidy, good service

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. I strongly believe booking platforms should physically inspect and verify the hotels they list. Properties like this should not be available for booking without proper quality checks. After checking in, we faced multiple serious issues: 1. The first room had a strong cigarette smell, as if someone had just smoked. It also smelled like alcohol. The room light was not working. Without proper explanation, the caretaker moved us to another room. 2. The second room was not any better. The bedsheets were clearly unclean and had multiple cigarette burn marks all over them. The sheets looked dirtier than household cleaning rags. I was traveling with my wife for a one-night stay, and this was extremely disappointing. 3. There were no proper bath towels provided. I don’t understand how a hotel can operate without basic essentials for guests to shower and dry themselves. 4. Everything felt unclean, and the cigarette smell was unbearable throughout the night. We could not sleep properly. 5. The toilet was extremely dirty. When flushing, waste water came back up from inside, which was shocking and unacceptable. 6. There was no WiFi available, despite it being expected. After traveling and expecting a peaceful night’s rest, this experience was stressful and disturbing. I am requesting a refund for this stay. I am not saying all hotels are bad, but at the very least, the owner must maintain basic cleanliness, hygiene, and accountability. Photos are attached for reference.
